Abstract submission guidelines are as follows:

Author list and research contributions: Abstracts are to be submitted by the presenting author. Please include presentation title and list all authors in order of contribution, as would be seen in a manuscript submission. The presenting author's name must be in bold font, with the affiliation and lab group listed.

General structure guidelines:All submitted abstracts must be text only, without graphs, tables or images. Abstracts should include a brief overview of the research background, methods, results and conclusion. Headings and subheadings may be used for clarity, but are not required. Abstracts are to be saved as pdf files in the format of Lastname_Abstract.PDF

Word limit:Abstracts are to have a maximum word count of 350 words, excluding title and author list.

Other important information: Work in progress_ abstracts are welcome, however, please consider that abstracts must include a result in order for the abstract to be accepted, rather than a descriptive presentation that only outlines an intended project.

Please submit abstracts to info@aanw.net.au.
